At Windy Point (or any of the Highland Lakes), to report reckless behavior by boaters, or any situation on the lake that requires law-enforcement assistance, call the LCRA Ranger Dispatch Number - toll-free, 1-866-527-2267.
For life-threatening emergencies, always dial 911.
